1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bungee Fitness Factory's facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Class Packages

All memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Monthly memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

Class packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused classes cannot be refunded or transferred after expiration.

3. Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit. Members may cancel their monthly membership with 30 days written notice.

4. Health & Safety

All participants must complete a health questionnaire and waiver before participating in any classes. You are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate.

Bungee Fitness Factory reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in classes at Bungee Fitness Factory, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release Bungee Fitness Factory, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

6. Facility Rules

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes
• Bring water and a towel
• Respect other members and instructors
• Clean equipment after use
• No outside food or beverages (water bottles allowed)
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

7. Photography & Video

Bungee Fitness Factory may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing of your objection.

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a positive, supportive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

Bungee Fitness Factory reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
