Rules of the Game for Adults

Now these are the requests of management, and we hope you will agree there is nothing out of the ordinary:

 

COME 10-15 MINUTES EARLY:

It will take a few minutes to change into your shoes and get fitted into your harness and adjust your bungee.

 

DON'T EAT BEFORE CLASS:

You will be in a harness and there will be some pressure on your abdomen, so give yourself an hour and a half before class without eating.

 

WEAR WORKOUT CLOTHES:

We are going to get sweaty!!

 

BRING YOUR WATER:

We will take water breaks.  We do sell water in the Factory if you forget.  

 

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

We don't ask your weight. Your trainer will adjust/add more bungees as needed so that you can obtain the correct form and support. The bungees will assist you through your workout so you can go at your own pace.  This is a no judgment, safe space, women empowering women!

The Aerial Classes have a 250 pound weight limit.  This is for your safety.  We will be happy to work with you in a private session.  

 

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and be watching our schedule for the new Children's Class.  Mom, Dad, bring your daughter or son and join in the fun, while encouraging your little one that active does not mean how fast they are on electronic games.  We have special size harnesses for the littlest bungee members.  You are worried you are too old?  We recommend you clear any exercise with your doctor.
